Savvy management can make or break any construction project. Before we begin a job, owner Todd Best meets with clients to ensure that the project vision is understood, details are explained and options are considered to ensure satisfaction and success.
The same site supervisor will be on site during the entire project to create continuity and a consistent work environment. This enhances communication between clients, sub trades, inspectors, project managers and the crews working on site. The supervisor coordinates all on site activity and quickly addresses any unforeseen issues that might arise.
Our senior project managers act as liaisons between the worlds of construction and office management to maintain a cohesive team and project. They work closely with clients and architects to give regular updates, create accurate timelines and ensure satisfaction every step of the way.
